Practice

Begin the voiced 9 min. Stay unsigned.

The voiced 9-minute session is ready. The field will hold. Text can be hidden. Space pauses. Escape leaves. Do not start if you need to drive.

Optional: set a direction and read the personalized script. The 9 min listen does not require it.

Settle, state a personal goal three times, rotate awareness through both arms, face, torso and legs, count the breaths, rest in a sanctuary, return.

Recorded narration. A low field holds under the rests. No dead air.
