Nidara publishes a personless visualization protocol. You enter a rest state and run a structured session. The public 9 min listen is the recommended start. See Privacy for what we collect.

Practice is available without an account. Do not use a session while driving or operating machinery. Remain still.

The Receive form is optional. It is a rare editorial list, not a newsletter mill. We use the address as described in Privacy.

Sign-in is optional. It holds the brief preference and, for the operator of this site, the desk. It does not personalize practice. It does not store your intention.

Nidara is not medical advice, psychotherapy, or a substitute for professional care. Outcomes vary. Practice is required. Consult a qualified healthcare provider for health-related concerns.

Do not attack the service, scrape it abusively, or send us unlawful content. We may close an account that harms the site or other people.

Protocols, copy, and chrome on nidara.app belong to the operator unless a source is named. You may practice. You may not republish the voiced session or the scripts as your own product.

If a paid Nidara Pack is offered, the seller is this same company. Price and VAT appear at the point of purchase. This page does not create a subscription.

The site is provided as published. We are not liable for outcomes of practice, or for interruption of a free service, except where Czech law does not allow that limit — including harm caused by intent or gross negligence, and rights that consumers cannot waive.

We may update these terms. The date at the top is the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the new text.
