The footer form labelled Receive stores the address you submit so we can send the brief — rare editorial mail, one protocol or a few serious posts — when there is something to send. That is consent. You can leave at /brief/unsubscribe.

If you sign in with Google or X, the identity provider shares an email and a display name so we can keep a session. The account holds a briefing preference only — not your sessions, not your intentions. That is so we can run the optional account you asked for, and keep the session secure.

Practice does not require an account. The unsigned listen does not collect an email.

If you pay for a Nidara Pack, Stripe processes the card and the receipt email on the Payment Link. That address is for fulfillment and the daňový doklad. Harbor wording stays off this site — we do not write sankalpas, downloads, or mood into nidara.app.

We do not store sankalpas, practice transcripts, mood, or session history on nidara.app. We do not run Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or other third-party measurement.

Signed-in sessions use a first-party, necessary cookie so the server knows who you are. There are no optional, analytics, or advertising cookies. There is no cookie banner, because there is nothing optional to accept.

Cloudflare hosts the site and the database. Standard request logs (IP address, user agent, URL) may be processed to deliver and secure the site.

If you sign in, Google or X — as you choose — processes that sign-in. See their policies. We do not sell personal data. We do not share the brief list for others to market to.

Brief emails stay until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Account records stay until you ask us to delete the account. Hosting logs follow Cloudflare’s retention.

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. Write to business@vmcorp.cz. You may also complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, ÚOOÚ).
